Giving a model a name or character can make interaction feel natural, but it does not create a role. An operational personality must understand the scope of its work, remember context and use authorised tools.

From character to role

A credible role combines expertise, tone, objectives and constraints. This makes it reusable across conversations, missions and meetings without producing random behaviour.

Explicit collaboration

In multi-agent meetings, contributions and responsibilities should remain distinct. Debate becomes valuable when disagreements and synthesis are not blended into one voice.

Access to the office

When authorised, a personality can prepare an event, consult a resource or manage a schedule. The action remains subject to the same permissions and verification as the rest of the system.

A recognisable voice is pleasant. A reliable role is productive.
