The building’s technical knowledge
Organise equipment manuals, maintenance records and approved procedures. Staff can find information and prepare summaries from selected sources, retaining references to the original documents.

APPLICATIONS
Organise equipment manuals, maintenance records and approved procedures. Staff can find information and prepare summaries from selected sources, retaining references to the original documents.
Evaluate a dedicated Apple Silicon machine, placement, cooling and local network. Define who can access it, from which devices and under what load. Nearby does not replace network and access design.
For isolated sites and shelters, assess local access to documents and tools prepared in advance. Power, backups, updates and licence validity are part of the plan. Offline availability is not inherently unlimited.
FIRST STEP
The first pilot could serve an office building, industrial site or facility-managed complex. Start with an authorised technical archive and a group of operators. Measure source retrieval, answer quality, network access and response times under load before considering expansion to other properties.

T-Chat provides the software platform. A dedicated enclosure, backup power, networking and environmental requirements must be designed and validated with the partner. This is not an already certified bunker, emergency or building-safety device. AI supports document consultation; it does not control critical systems or replace qualified staff and official communications.
