APPLICATIONS

Make knowledge operational.

01

A way into institutional knowledge

Bring internal policies, manuals and project documents into Second Brain. Keep a date, version and owner for each source. Referenced answers help staff return to the original document.

02

Support for document work

Prepare summaries, comparisons and drafts for verification. AI can help people navigate documents and rephrase text; approved content and official communications remain the institution’s responsibility.

03

An agreed adoption process

Involve operational staff, IT, data owners and procurement. Define purposes, access, retention, external service data flows and acceptance criteria before introducing real data.

FIRST STEP

A pilot with verifiable results

Choose a bounded document collection and questions that staff have already resolved. Evaluate source relevance, handling of missing information and time saved after review. Include outdated or conflicting documents to check that responses do not present them as current instructions.

SCOPE

Infrastructure and institutional requirements

The current configuration supports Mac Apple Silicon. Local installation is an architectural choice: it does not by itself establish security certification, regulatory compliance or public procurement qualification. Integration, audit and supply requirements must be assessed with the institution during the project.
