Version 4.2.1 brings together four practical needs: working without Internet access, using local forecasting, coordinating social channels and reviewing agent activity with greater confidence.

T-Chat keeps context, tools and responsibility together while a team works.

Shield Web: a perimeter that stays closed

Shield Web disables every Internet connection from Companion. Local models, documents and tools remain available, while online search, cloud services and external integrations stay unavailable until the protection is turned off.

The choice is visible and governed, meeting the needs of organisations that handle sensitive data or operate in isolated environments.

TimesFM 3: local forecasting in the workflow

Each customer can install and activate TimesFM 3 separately. Once ready, the forecasting capability can be granted to personalities and used in chats, meetings, projects, missions and Automata.

The model works with univariate and multivariate time series. T-Chat can organise, compare and explain its outputs. Professional use still requires high-quality data, backtesting, uncertainty ranges and human review: a forecast supports a decision; it does not replace accountability.

Forecasts become more useful when figures, business context and scenarios are reviewed together.

Office expands to social channels

Email and calendars remain available, including local calendars and existing connections. Social Office adds accounts, editorial plans, drafts, approvals, publishing and delivery verification.

Automation can prepare content and schedules, while business rules determine which operations require approval before publication.

The agent process stays readable

The complete agent process can be copied in one action and shared quickly. Processing time, tokens, context, cache and other technical data remain visible through the final answer, making analysis and troubleshooting easier.

Nearby and Companion: simple access, distinct updates

Nearby connects a smartphone on the same private network as the Mac. Companion also distinguishes between a full installation and a conservative update, preserving existing data and configuration on an active workstation.

T-Chat 4.2.1 puts new capability where it matters while leaving the business free to enable it, restrict it or keep it entirely local.
A note on TimesFM 3

Activation is separate from T-Chat. Availability, terms of use and rights for commercial applications depend on the licence and terms published by the model provider.
